#1
Seafood Bisque on Long Island as rated by the Judges of the
Snapper Inn Chowder Contest!
|
"My boyfriend and I visited your establishment for dinner this evening. We were
seated as soon as we walked in by a very pleasant lady. Our server whose name is Jim,
came and recited the day's specials. Everything sounded so good that it was hard to
decide what to have. We made our choices and within moments out came our soups.
When our dinners arrived we both looked at each other in amazement. The size
of the fillet of fish my boyfriend had ordered was huge! As we sat and ate, we discussed
the atmosphere of the restaurant and decided then and there we would definitely be back.
The service was superb, the food was delectable and the atmosphere was extremely
comfortable. I wanted to write and let you know that everyone that we encountered
on your staff was friendly, polite and extremely professional. May you have continued
success with your business and know you have just gained a repeat customer.
Thank you for a wonderful dining experience."

"I
have traveled far and wide and have yet to find a restaurant that
makes a francese sauce as good as the Ship's Inn. Whether
it be chicken or veal francese, shrimp. grouper, or sole
francese none compares to the taste you will find here~
with just the right combination of lemon, butter &
white wine"

"This
quiet restaurant in the picturesque village of Northport is the perfect
place for a relaxed lunch with several selections to choose from. My
personal favorites are the juicy hamburgers and the fresh,
crisp chicken Caesar salad"

"Sunday
morning breakfast at the Ship's Inn is the best! Fresh eggs any
style with just the right amount of bacon and sausage with crispy
home fries on the side. Yum! Hurry down - they fill
up quickly!"
- VT, Northport
"The
portions at the Ship's Inn are very generous. The seafood choices
are always fresh and nicely prepared. The staff is friendly
and courteous and if you're lucky you'll get to meet the Chef
/Owner Mark.
